With a Bachelor of Counselling, Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Finance and Diploma in Animal-Assisted Therapy, she loves finding solutions, empowering others and having a good laugh along the way!
Outside the office, you'll find Renae surrounded by horses and cows, enjoying farm life or planning her next big adventure. With over 20 years in the equestrian and racing industries, she's happiest working with her animals and children, competing and spending time with family. Known for her outgoing personality, wicked sense of humour and can-do attitude, Renae believes life is meant to be lived to the fullest — preferably with a few horses, cows and a whole lot of laughter thrown into the mix! 💜

Sue is a highly experienced Support and Service Coordinator who brings a wealth of knowledge from across the disability, community services, health, and education sectors. With a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals, Sue works alongside participants and families to navigate the NDIS with confidence, connect with the right supports, and create practical pathways towards greater independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Known for her warm, approachable nature and strong advocacy skills, Sue builds meaningful relationships based on trust, respect, and understanding. Her person-centred approach, combined with extensive experience managing complex supports and coordinating multidisciplinary services, ensures participants receive the guidance, encouragement, and practical support they need to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Friendly, outgoing and always up for a good laugh, David is a popular member of the Sirian Star team who has a natural ability to connect with people and make everyone feel welcome.
David loves the great outdoors, live music, catching up with friends and spending time on his computer. A talented handyman who isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves, he's always happy to pitch in, lend a hand and get the job done!
With his easygoing personality, practical skills and great sense of humour, David enjoys helping participants build confidence, develop independence and get involved in activities they love.
Whether it's heading out to see a band, tackling a computer or outdoor project or simply enjoying a laugh, David brings friendship, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to every shift! 💜

With a love of horses and the great outdoors, Cherie enjoys connecting with people, sharing new experiences and encouraging participants to build confidence, develop independence and embrace life's adventures.
Whether it's spending time around animals, getting out in the community or simply sharing a laugh, Cherie brings a positive attitude and a caring heart to everything she does.
