Renae is the Founder and Director of Sirian Star, bringing together extensive experience in counselling, disability services, specialist support coordination, organisational leadership, and business development. With a strong focus on trauma-informed practice, neurodiversity, psychosocial disability, and complex support needs, she is passionate about empowering individuals to build resilience, increase independence, and achieve meaningful life outcomes.

Renae has almost completed her Bachelor of Counselling, a Certificate III in Individual Support, and has Diploma of Counselling and is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychological Science. She is also a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach and maintains professional membership with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Beyond her clinical experience, Renae has developed extensive expertise in compliance, governance, policy development, quality assurance, NDIS Practice Standards, workforce management, and organisational leadership. She has played a key role in establishing and growing participant-focused services that prioritise quality, integrity, and best-practice outcomes.

Renae is recognised for her person-centred approach, strong ethical values, and commitment to delivering services that place dignity, respect, and genuine human connection at the heart of everything she does.

Outside of her professional role, horses have remained a lifelong passion. With more than 20 years of experience in equestrian and racing disciplines, including training, rehabilitation, and coaching, she enjoys spending time with her horses and competing, providing a welcome balance to her work supporting people and communities.

Sue is a highly experienced Support and Service Coordinator who brings a wealth of knowledge from across the disability, community services, health, and education sectors. With a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals, Sue works alongside participants and families to navigate the NDIS with confidence, connect with the right supports, and create practical pathways towards greater independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Known for her warm, approachable nature and strong advocacy skills, Sue builds meaningful relationships based on trust, respect, and understanding. Her person-centred approach, combined with extensive experience managing complex supports and coordinating multidisciplinary services, ensures participants receive the guidance, encouragement, and practical support they need to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Mel brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, disability support experience, and practical healthcare expertise to Sirian Star. As an Enrolled Nurse, experienced Veterinary Nurse, and qualified support professional holding a Certificate III in Individual Support, she has built a diverse career supporting people across disability, aged care, community services, and healthcare settings.

Having also worked within some of Australia's most prestigious thoroughbred breeding establishments, Mel has developed exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and compassionate in demanding environments. She is known for her practical approach, genuine empathy, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for the people she supports.

With experience spanning disability support, aged care, dementia care, hospitality leadership, and community services, Mel works collaboratively with participants, families, and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
