An introduction to a new way of thinking

The best way to help people is to lead by example. Of course, we must have requested one heck of a path for those who believe in a higher power because there isn't much we haven't done or experienced.

When they tell you, you can't, we'll show you every way you can!

Do we see my heading as ablest? Well, apologies if you do, because I don't. Personally, I spent years feeling different to others. Now I celebrate it. I hid in the shadows, and now I shout it from rooftops. My brain is wired differently, and if you are like me, there is all more reason to celebrate. 

I have lived through and overcome trauma, neurodivergence and near-death experiences, a daughter who also lives with neurodivergence and a successful background in Disability Employment Services, quality control to management and a foundation of psychology and years of working as a professional horse trainer.  My journey has not yet been completed as I navigate an emphasis on Psychology whilst embracing my neurodivergence and celebrating my extra-sensory abilities. 

Using these gifts, I have utilised my "freakish" abilities to achieve tasks that typically take four people. An asset when trying to navigate optimum supports. These abilities and experiences maintain that I have exceptional attention to detail and maintain the highest levels of honesty and integrity. 

So, navigating this new world of NDIS following our experiences at this "earth school", we realised there were gaps. Significant ones. The people who needed help the most weren't getting it, and it was becoming a case of the "haves and haves not". Being more than a little bit "spooky doo", this injustice didn't sit well with us, and thus we have thrown our efforts into helping people and giving them a lifeline (as I was some years ago). 

From humble beginnings, greatness is possible. 

We have learnt from great people, driven by our experience and knowledge, that we all have a higher purpose; we understand what it is like not only to be neurodivergent but how to thrive and overcome injury and trauma. 

We now dedicate our lives to helping people like myself and my daughter, RISE. Rise from the shadows to empower, inspire, and support others to become a greater version of themselves by embracing all aspects of their individuality.
