Refund Policy for Sirian Star Allied Health & Hooves of Hope
We are committed to providing high-quality programs and services. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for all participants.
1. Cancellations by Participants
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable, but we will offer a credit for future bookings where possible.
No-shows on the day of the session will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
2. Cancellations by Sirian Star Allied Health & Hooves of Hope
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staff unavailability), participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Special Circumstances
Refunds for exceptional situations (e.g., medical emergencies) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests can be submitted via email to accounts@sirianstar.com.au with your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation.
